Prices vary from one delivery to another. Charges that are billed to you differ, depending on these factors:
– The location you want the equipment to be sent to
– Type and quantity of equipment you need for the event
– The time you need for us to send or collect the rental
– Accessibility for vehicles and staff at the place of delivery
We have the capacity to deliver or collect 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but please be sure to make us aware of this in your enquiry as our normal delivery hours are 8am – 4pm Monday – Saturday.
There are certain conditions that should be allowed for during delivery. For one, we default quote door-to-door delivery on the ground floor of houses, buildings (commercial and residential), driveways, and docks. Additional charges can apply for any delivery area that is other than the ground floor or is beyond 20 metres of the delivery vehicle.
Installation of any equipment you plan on renting out will be done by our highly-trained and uniformed staff. You can send your layout request ahead of time before the installation day.
After the event, our professional party hire team will collect and return them to our warehouse as part of our delivery service. However, you must stack them neatly and clean them, restoring them to the condition when the equipment was first delivered.
